I am an international tax professional with extensive tax technical knowledge and advisory experience that enables me to work independently and manage competing priorities. I have over 17 years in tax out which over 12 years of experience in U.S. international tax compliance, computations related to GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, FTC, foreign currencies, E&P, PTEP, and performing tax research and writing tax technical memorandums and opinions. I have experience with preparing/managing the international tax compliance of over 250 entities. I also have experience in tax planning, namely providing advice on tax consequences of a transaction (acquisition, post-acquisition integration, restructuring), and related disclosure and compliance requirements. In addition to the international tax compliance and computations as they relate to the U.S. tax law, I have been exposed to transfer pricing, VAT, CbC reporting, planning for mitigating tax risk in foreign jurisdictions, drafting intercompany agreements.
