Client Services

From a company's point of view, you need more than just a tax professional with years of experience. Someone with 20 years of experience may not necessarily have a proven track record of outstanding work. That's where TaxForce can help.

When you need someone for tax accounting, compliance, tax technology and planning projects, we match you with consultants who have real, substantive experience and a history of quality work performance. And what's more, we tap into only the top 20 percent of tax professionals from a larger pool of talent, so you receive stability and quality work for the price you pay.

During the selection process, we view potential candidates from a company's point of view. The candidates may think they're in the top 20 percent of all tax professionals, but that may not always be the case. We objectively choose individuals who can deliver positive results and exceptional work. We make that judgment so that you don't have to. In the end, you are matched with a candidate who is credible, highly experienced and extremely competent.

TaxForce also handles payroll and back-end office functions. Our contractors submit timesheets to us on a weekly basis, and we process all of the necessary paperwork. That means that you don't have to worry about any trivial details. Instead, you can focus your time and energy on your company's success.

The Process

Once you inform us of your needs--things like job specifications, deliverables, length of project, cost and budget--TaxForce begins the process of finding you the best possible quality candidate.

For high priority projects, TaxForce assigns a recruiter to find the best match with no up-front costs or financial risks. All we ask is that you give us two weeks to exclusively find and engage any potential candidates. During this time, a full-time recruiter compiles a short list of qualified people who best match your needs. We confirm their qualifications and ensure that the cost you're willing to pay and the candidates' profiles and expected deliverables are in synch.

Then, after you meet with each candidate and choose the one who best fits your needs, TaxForce will help negotiate the terms of the relationship. We will follow up with you on the first day of the project, one week into the project and on a monthly basis thereafter to ensure that you are satisfied with how the project is progressing.

If you're a company in need of a high-caliber tax consultant without the costly markups--or you're among the top 20 percent of all tax contractors--we're here for you. Contact us today!
